Spa Policy and Procedures
SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
You may schedule your appointment online or by calling us, Our reservation specialist is available to advise and assist you with treatment selection based on your expectation. In order to secure your appointment, we will request a credit card during the reservation process. However, on the day of your appointment, you may pay for your treatments with cash, credit card, or gift card.
CANCELLATION POLICIES AND FEES
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 6 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged at 50% of the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and has implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept all major Credit cards, Debit cards, Spa finder/Spa wish gift certificate and Cash.
Note: Only gift certificates purchased directly from us, have full cash value and hence can be used for treatments, products, tax, and gratuity, etc. All other gift certificates, not purchased from us will have some restrictions like they cannot be used for gratuity or taxes and cannot be combined with any other discount or offers

GROUPS ARE WELCOME
We are happy to accommodate groups of all sizes. The Lotus Center is a perfect place to gather with friends or business associates and make you feel pampered. Our customized treatments and personalized service make us the ideal location for any special occasion. The entire spa will be dedicated to your group to make it a memorable spa experience to one and all. We can also come to your location.
PRIVACY
Lotus Center values your privacy. The personal information you provide below WILL NEVER be used for any other purpose than to respond to your inquiries or to confirm your appointment(s). We do not, and will not, at any time in the future, share or sell any of this information with/to any other person or party. Lotus Center does maintain an email mailing list. Your name will only be placed on this list at your specific request.
